Heights of Birthday Celebration in a Company of Boss
The other day I met one of friends, he was saying, there was a birthday celebration in another team in his office and the birthday boy was LEAD/BOSS to that team, so the height was the other team members were wearing his photo on there faces for his cake cutting. I was thinking is that needed, and because as he is team/boss those people should do that way...

Deja Vu
I was reading the blog entry for developers which is too good 11 Things every Software Developer should be doing in 2012, and when I was about to write the comments...I saw that this had happened some time ago or it was due happening...I was reading comments and I remember that Kaushik came/called me up and Deepak was telling me something...and then something major happened...that I am not sure of what, anyways, the link which says "11 things" is a very good way for programmers, I hope I would do them all...

3 years at service in Pramati
On 15th Apr 2011 I completed by 3 years of service in Pramati, and this is the first time in my life that I have ever crossed 2 or 3 years in service in one company (does it mean I am not going forward in life or ...... not sure), but its time to celebrate :)

Unseen Politics In Cooperates

It was blur in front of my eyes and all of a sudden I saw my colleague before of me and he was having a talk with me while drinking tea. Then he started saying some thing. I heard him say "In my previous company" he said, and continued "I had worked for more then 2yrs and all of a sudden I came to know that they (previous company of his) never cared of people other then certain predefined groups", then there was a break and sudden darkness, again he appeared before me and said "you know man they had a group in that company where we are working for so long and that group is not a cooperate level but college level", yeah I to had group in previous companies but it would be like the group which were working for particular project or say group who are interested to play cricket but never heard a group which was formed form a college, that's not were he stopped he continued, "you know man I even came to know that there was a mail to this group saying there was requirement in our company, and they had to only refer to the guys from there college ##@@@ #$!$!@ !@#$@#%&&", I don't know what he was saying and then his voice cleared and I heard him saying again "I want guys from you college because you guys have great attitude!", and you know man he continued again "I even came to know that there is not just one group but regional group is too forming, its bad, if one or two guys from a particular college are good this doesn't mean that the whole college is good and that too from next batch too!, we too are employees and we too have the same right as of others, why grouping then?, this demotivates a lot man! now that s*cked over there", he was very upset and I could see his face and he said, "that's the reason I changed the previous company and I am with you now, hope this company will not let us down". Then there was a sudden silence and then it was dark and blur, and then I opened my eyes and I saw that I was on my bed and the time was around 4am, it was a dream. But then I started thinking about it, does it really happen in any cooperate, called grouping. Grouping like college or region, not sure of that, but if it does then that cooperate will go down soon.
